'Partizani' file/ Sali Berisha appears before SPAK for the 'compulsory appearance' measure, DP supporters before the Special Prosecution Office

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared today (April 21) at the premises of the Special Prosecution Office in implementation of the security measure "compulsory appearance".
Sali Berisha must appear at SPAK on the first and third Monday of every month.
The democratic leader appeared around 09:00, and was welcomed by DP militants, who mobilized in front of the SPAK premises.
Berisha's appearance today at SPAK comes just two days after the Special Court will make a decision on Wednesday on the Partizani file, where he has been named a defendant.
Sali Berisha spent about a year under house arrest, and was released on November 27, 2024.
The Court of Special Appeals imposed a requirement for him to appear twice a month.
The former prime minister is indicted for passive corruption and is accused of favoring his former son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.
