The parliamentary investigative commission for the investigation of concessions in health has been continuing for two days with strong debates between the opposition and the majority, while the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqajn, is waiting behind the door to testify.
But, despite the debates, there are also those MPs who are not very involved in the majority, where one of them is the MP of the Korça District for the area of Maliqi, Ilir Pendavinji.
The latter, apparently tired of the debates of others and in the absence of a midday nap, has chosen to sleep in the committee.
Pendavinji is photographed with his head resting on the table, sleeping, while in front of him stands the banner that he was holding in his hands: "Boll blocked the microphone".
Ilir Pendavinji is known as one of the "dumb" deputies of the Assembly, but Edi Rama needs his kind as he uses them to propose custom laws.
