Arjan Hoxha, the former candidate for mayor of Kamza, has filed a complaint with the Special Prosecutor's Office against the socialist mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli.
According to the official document submitted to SPAK by Hoxha, it is reported that Suli has been charged with the criminal offense of 'abuse of office'.
It is also known that in the report, Hoxha raises suspicions that Rakip Suli has laid 'electoral asphalt' in several areas of Kamza, with the aim of deforming the will of citizens in the May 11 elections.
Through the document submitted to the Special Prosecution Office, Hoxha calls on SPAK to investigate other similar cases aimed at changing the will of citizens in elections.
