One of the deputy prime ministers is on the run in Switzerland and the other is being indicted by SPAK for affairs. The government is mired in abuse scandals, as Belinda Balluku threatens Prime Minister Edi Rama that "she will take him with her if he is touched."

This was stated today in the "News 24" studio by Ilirjana Kuçana, member of the National Council of the Democratic Party, as she also spoke about the opposition protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office this evening. The goal of the protest is the removal of Belinda Balluku and the government.

According to her, Deputy Prime Minister Balluku is "the most powerful person in the Socialist Party" and a figure already indicted in a scandal where she is accused of stealing 50 million euros with the Llogara tunnel.

"The Prime Minister has two deputy prime ministers, one a fugitive and the other a defendant in SPAK and who threatens him, if you go to my name, I will take you with me. Balluku is the end of Edi Rama. She has great power and those who underestimated her have made a mistake. I assure you that she will take Rama with her too, because the affairs were not done without her. 50 million euros were stolen in the Llogara tunnel alone," said Kuçana, among other things.

According to her, citizens should not protest for political figures or parties, but for their daily problems.

"Albanians should not come to protest for Berisha or the DP, but for their personal problems. Today, Edi Rama has gone to the home of every Albanian, violating their security and economy. In which European country have we seen that people cannot finish the month? There are two deputy prime ministers under investigation, one on the run in Switzerland and the other is threatening him in his office, telling him to take her with him," she continued.

Kuçana emphasized that the economic situation of citizens is alarming and that the protest is necessary.

"In a country where people cannot make ends meet, Albanians must come out for their own personal troubles, to overthrow this government. This government will leave, it does not have long days. Balluku will take Edi Rama with him," she said.
