The members of the opposition in the Investigative Commission for Sterilization have presented the document where they demand that Edi Rama testify this Wednesday in the capacity of the Prime Minister, who has signed the VKM for the concessional provision of these services, publicly supporting and promoting these concessions even after the beginning of the criminal case by the justice bodies.
In the published document, it is requested that Mrs. Vilma Nushi be called as a witness this Wednesday in the capacity of the owner of two companies which is part of one of the concessions object of the investigative activity of this Commission. The opposition MPs request the appearance of Mrs. Vilma Nushi, who is the indirect and direct beneficiary of 1.5 million Euros from the dividend.
For the members of the opposition, the repeated refusal by the members of the majority in this Commission to call as witnesses Mr. Edi Rama and Mrs. Vilma Nushi, is completely contrary to the Decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the Law on Investigative Commissions and the laws in force.
