Who founded the Democratic Party?

Pandeli Majko, former prime minister and member of the December 1990 movement, stated in Real Story that the Democratic Party has the most beautiful history that any political force could wish for. Majko's statement was naturally romantic, referring to the student movement, which was really, as Majko says, an inspiring and progressive act of Albanian society. But the issue is different: who founded the Albanian Democratic Party?

Today, after 83 years, they say that the Communist Party was not founded by the members of the communist groups of Shkodra, Korça or the Youth, but by Miladini and Dushan.
Well, PD, who founded it? Sali Berisha came out yesterday on the 34th anniversary with the only witness of that time, Professor Neritan Ceka, who has remained loyal to a human respect since 2010 when he became Berisha's adviser-prime minister, even though it had been a decade since he had declared war.
Professor Ceka is of course one of the first names that joined the first opposition in Albania. But of course he was not the only one. Even as seen from the disposition, almost all of Ramiz Ali's ministers, along with Ramiz, were available to establish the first opposition party in Albania. But who actually founded it?
We are 34 years later. Most are alive, many are not, but the story is still fresh. PD was not founded by Sali Berisha, even though Sali Berisha continues to be the chairman. From the first initiating committee of the DP, apart from Sali Berisha, Neritan Ceka, who has been following the doctor for three years, Aleksandër Meksi, Arben Demeti, Arben Imami, Preç Zogaj and Eduard Selami are alive today. Azem Hajdari and Gramoz Pashko are no longer alive.
But PD, like the Communist Party of Enver Hoxha, was not a party of the founders, but a party of the chairman. So far we are okay with the historical, even hysterical, dialectic.
But in reality PD does not have an act of establishment, there is only an act of proclamation, an act that is both verbal and visual. When Ramiz Alia (deceased) in the meeting with the students, preceding the shyness said that we have decided that you have your party.
