Meritocracy is the key to a fair and developed Albania, where each individual is valued for who he is, for his skills and dedication, not for his connections or surname.
This is the ideal that I want to see embodied, especially in the young generation, which I invite to be part of a constructive political commitment, so that Albania changes. Only by building a society where meritocracy rules can we leave behind the suffocating patronage of a closed and corrupt caste, undeserved privileges and the exodus of young people.
