"NATO's mission is to guarantee security", Basha condemns the terrorist attack in Zubin Potok: Scenario for the destabilization of the region

The chairman of the Democratic Party-Euro-Atlantic Democrats, Lulzim Basha, strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Zubin Potok, calling it part of a destabilizing plan in the region.
He called for quick investigations by the institutions of Kosovo and for more commitment from the NATO mission to guarantee peace and security.
Basha further says that the failure to hold accountable the perpetrators and masterminds of the armed terrorist attack in Banjska is a failure, the consequences of which suffer not only Kosovo, but the entire Euro-Atlantic security architecture.
Lulzim Basha's full reaction:
I strongly condemn the act of terror in Zubin Potok and I support and encourage the institutions of Kosovo to investigate and clarify this serious criminal event as soon as possible.
Attacks on vital infrastructure, which penalize citizens in the supply of water and energy, are terrorist acts inspired by those who want tensions and destabilization in the region at all costs. This attack, which follows the other two in the Zveçani police station and the Zveçani municipality building, shows that behind them lies a scenario prepared for destabilization.
Failure to hold accountable the perpetrators and masterminds of the armed terrorist attack in Banjska is a failure, the consequences of which not only Kosovo suffers, but the entire Euro-Atlantic security architecture. Therefore, today an increased attention is needed from the NATO mission in Kosovo to prevent any further attempts at possible attacks with serious consequences for peace and security in the region and beyond.
