Analyst and lawyer Ylli Manjani has not spared irony, following the latest decision of the Constitutional Court, which this Thursday decided to suspend President Bajram Begaj's Decree on holding partial elections on November 9.

"Wow! We were given a bride on horseback! And when we found the candidate...", writes the former Minister of Justice, ironizing both Begaj and the united opposition, which had difficulty finding a unifying candidate like comedian Florjan Binaj.

As a well-versed law expert, he has previously stated that President Bajram Begaj, with his decree of November 9, for the by-elections, had violated the Constitution.

The Constitutional Court was set in motion at the request of former mayor Erion Veliaj, who sought a "solution" after describing his dismissal as illegal, as well as the decreeing of elections in Tirana. Despite the request, Begaj decided to decree the date of November 9 for elections in Tirana and in 5 other municipalities.
