The hearing for the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako, has been postponed again. It is learned that the next session is set to be held on April 17, when it is expected to be decided whether the file will go to trial.

We remind you that four days ago, the Special Appeal left the measure of house arrest unchanged for Vangjush Dako. SPAK demanded the return of the former mayor of Durrës to his cell, while the court released him after the detention period ended.
He was arrested last June on charges of abuse of office. Dako was released from the cell in February with the argument that the terms of detention for him have ended. Dako is accused of "Misuse of duty" in the procedure of granting a building permit and misappropriation of public funds for the construction of a promenade on the coast.
