The 12% turnout in the Vlora Municipality elections, for Democratic MP Gjin Gjoni, shows that we are in the same situation as the boycott in 2019 and the DP has left everything in free fall for the by-elections.

"Albanian politics in general is responsible for the boycott to go to 12.5% ​​in Vlora, which is the same as the situation where the PD did not participate in the 2019 local elections.
