The counting of ballot boxes in Berat is completed. The voting percentage is 19.88%.
After counting 116 ballot boxes, the winner was socialist candidate Ervin Ceca with 13,050 votes, 10,443 votes ahead of his opponent in the race for the city's new mayor.
Meanwhile, candidate Pavllo Shkarpa received 2,607 votes.
