Preç Zogaj: There is an Alliance against SPAK, it has built a culture of impunity in Albania

Invited to the show "Trialog" on RTSH1, moderated by journalist Alba Alishani, analyst and publicist Preç Zogaj commented on developments regarding the new justice system in Albania, with a focus on SPAK and its director, Altin Dumani.
He emphasized that the work of SPAK and Dumani enjoys great support from citizens. According to the analyst, SPAK's enemies are not only critics of the system, but "are an alliance of the accused" who feel threatened by the return of the law to the highest levels of power.
"We are witnessing an alliance of all the forces that have been and are against the new justice and have continuously aimed their arrows mainly against Dumani who embodies the work of the new justice despite the fact that SPAK is only one link in it. I think that SPAK and Dumani himself have reasons to feel proud of the work and give more space to support and so that continuously about 70% of the public in Albania has supported the work of SPAK and the new justice. SPAK's enemies are the alliance of the accused. SPAK has built a culture of impunity and has solved the crisis of Albanian justice which has been the crisis of investigation in the highest spheres. For the first time, SPAK is bringing the law to areas where they have not violated it for 30 years ," the analyst said.
