Rakipi-Ramës: You spied on Luli at the FBI for lobbying! Rama: We had no information

Prime Minister Edi Rama was invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, where he talked about his meetings with the former FBI agent, Charles McGonigal, who is now facing criminal charges.
Ylli Rakipi asked the prime minister about a fact mentioned in the indictment against the former FBI official, that the prime minister's office had information that helped in the investigation of the lobbying done by his opponent, that is Lulzim Basha. The Prime Minister denied this, but stated that if he had facts about Basha, he would have handed them over to the FBI immediately.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Ylli Rakipi: Your office spied on Luli for the lobbying he did with Russian money and in this way you controlled Luli completely...
Edi Rama: We, in this building, have not had any type of document that was not in the media. I first heard about the DP Russian money scandal from BIRN. If I had any other valuable information about that scandal I would have given it to him or the FBI as a whole without any hesitation, or if he told me I don't deal with it, I would tell you who does. It is a scandal, not created by me or my office, but a scandal created by the known authors of the scandal themselves, the shadow president and the light president.
We have had nothing else. If we had it, we would make it public. We have had what came out of "Soros" in the media, as they said...
We have had no information that was not in the media. If I had it, I would give it to you.
