Prime Minister Edi Rama has congratulated all students and teachers on the start of the new school year.
The head of government has also published a video, where, among other things, he says that books will be free for 238 students.
" GOOD MORNING and with congratulations to all the students, especially to those in the first grades who are sitting today for the first time in the school benches, teachers and parents, for a good school year, I wish you a beautiful week", writes Rama .
