SPAK verifies Nuredin Dumani's file, what was written in the report that released him from prison

The confession of the repentant justice official, Nuredin Dumani, regarding his early release from prison is under verification by SPAK.
A source from the investigation group told Tch that his file has been withdrawn from the prisons and it shows that Nuredin Dumani left the cell as a convicted felon, sentenced to three years probation, after a group of forensic doctors wrote about him that he had serious health problems.
At the hearing where Dumani was sentenced in 2014, the judge indicated that the defendant was absent after being hospitalized in the intensive care unit due to cardiac problems.
This detail recorded in the documents was mentioned by the justice collaborator the day before, where the dynamics of how a group of people in prisons and in forensic medicine interacted and for this they were paid 40 thousand euros through his lawyer Alban Bengasi, at least that's what the repentant claims.
Having fictitiously concluded that the prisoner had only three months to live, they gave him a “passport to freedom”. Among the people who helped him, Nuredin Dumani singled out a doctor, who according to the repentant was the son-in-law of the brother of the former Minister of Justice at the time, Nasip Naco. The latter reacted immediately by calling on the justice authorities to conduct an in-depth investigation into the case.
The decision revealed states that Nuredin Dumani, 38 years old, on charges of illegal deprivation of liberty, remained in custody for only six months due to investigations in which his brother Dashnor Dumani and citizen Klajda Baho were also accused.
On May 7, 2014, a forensic report indicated that Dumani was too unstable to be held in custody and that he was suffering from heart failure. Nuredin Dumani had been arrested for the kidnapping of Bledar Keta, who was forcibly taken to Shijak in front of a notary where he signed a contract for the sale of a car.
On Thursday, Nuredin Dumani will continue his testimony again, on behalf of the trial where 14 others are accused in addition to him./ Tch
