Tensions in the Assembly, the majority goes directly to the vote and passes with 73 votes the draft law on waste management and other items

The resumption of the Assembly after the tensions in the hall brought nothing new except for the direct transition to the voting procedure by Speaker Niko Peleshi.
This decision was made after opposition MPs continued to debate and intervene, while earlier MP Gazment Bardhi refused to leave the hall after being expelled. He continued to stay in the hall even after the resumption. Under these conditions, the leader of the SP group asked Pelesh to switch to the direct voting procedure and close the session.
According to the agenda and the relevant points, with a majority of votes, mainly 73 votes, all the points on the agenda were passed, both the report of the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination and the one on the Institute of Crimes of Communism. The draft law on waste management and treatment was also passed with a majority of votes.
But even the voting had its tensions, as Bardhi, after each reading of Pelesh's ballot, would intervene. At one point, the speaker of parliament found a new tactic, where after each word "Approved," he would remind the DP deputy: "Get out!".
The Waste Management Law passed in its entirety with a 73 majority vote.
