Llogara Tunnel, Berisha: The main culprit is Rama, not Balluku

DP Chairman Sali Berisha accuses Prime Minister Edi Rama and Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku of being involved in corrupt schemes in the Llogara tunnel issue.

Berisha told journalist Elida Marvataj on the "Opinion" show that the main culprit for the Llogara tunnel is Prime Minister Edi Rama, not Balluku.

"In the most irrefutable way, behind the Llogara tunnel, the main factor is Edi Rama. He took Balluk and took him to Ankara. Balluk could never go to Ankara to do business, but for the prime minister to be the chief shopkeeper, the man who did the business there. Therefore, we cannot play the defendant. In fact, Balluk in the pants is Edi Rama. Blaming the lycan who is completely speechless and releasing Rama as the main responsible does not seem to me to serve the cause for which he is fighting ," Berisha said.
