Democratic MP Asllan Dogjani, after SPAK charged him with the criminal offense of false declaration of wealth, and his file was sent for trial, reacted during the meeting of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, calling it a political attack.
Thanking you , doctor, I wanted to share my case with my colleagues, to make it transparent with you, that despite the fact that you have heard from the media, it is better to be informed by me about a political criminal prosecution, politically directed towards me, by Edi Rama and his government, towards me, as I have constantly denounced in parliament, in the media, wherever I have been, the corruption and crime of this government.
My visit to SPAK was made for this purpose, it is about a house where I live with my three toads since 2006.
So it is about a criminal offense, non-declaration of assets, that is, about my house that I have lived in for 20 years in Tirana, together with the toads.
SPAK, instead of dealing with the hotels, villas of Edi Rama, his government, corruption with billions, with the robbery of public property, with the port of Durres, as was said here, or with these deputies who have taken public property and are in SPAK, immediately tell me just because I am an opposition deputy, they start a procedure and men, let's take it to SPAK, without any kind of evidence contrary to any procedure.
Because I, the doctor, have denounced the robbery of public property in the middle of the capital, in front of our building that was robbed by this builder, who was directed by Rama e Veliaj to make a report to SPAK.
My house is with a document before the notary and with a contract, and a statement issued by this builder about how my house has benefited, due to the services.
After 20 years since I requested interpellation with Rama, precisely for this property, since I requested and denounced in SPAK and in the prosecutor's office, this person, since he has a relationship with a SP deputy, they directed him to make a report to me, for non-declaration of assets.
So it is simply a political attack on the opposition MPs and on me in order to make the opposition dirty, because we are all the same and since we are all the same.
And since we are all the same, and Edi Rama steals, it's better to keep us.
We are not thieves, SPAK must deal with those who steal, with those who rob public property.
SPAK says that I deal with it in a proactive way, I denounce him in the parliament that he robbed the property and the cadastre itself cancels the legalization decision that public property was stolen, we immediately take them to SPAK without proof.
So, this is not an attack only on me, it is a public attack on every MP of the opposition, on every person who dares to raise his voice against the crimes and corruption of this government.
Personally, it motivates me more and I will continue to do it, to denounce you every day and I cannot be intimidated, not even Edi Rama or anyone, because of raising my voice.
We must all do the same, so that SPAK, justice deals with the evidence, with the law and not to be directed and not to receive political orders from Rama ", said Asllan Dogjani in the PD group.
