Voting in Tepelena, Sako of the Socialist Party wins against independent candidate Gabriel Guma

The vote counting process is also completed in the Tepelena Municipality.
Socialist candidate Gramos Sako was declared the winner with 3,261 votes, or 77.8% of them.
Meanwhile, candidate Gabriel Guma secured 928 percent of the votes, or 22.2%.
