Bacan with cornmeal and nettles

Ingredients:

For the porridge:

500 g of corn flour
4 l of oil
Water as needed
Salt
Filling:

1 kg of nettles,
2 glasses of milk,
3 liters of olive oil,
salt

Preparation:

We make a porridge with white corn flour, oil, salt and water, enough to make the porridge like pancake batter. On top, we spread the mass of nettles, which we previously scalded, drained the juice and boiled them a little in milk with salt, pepper and oil. After we have made a layer of nettles, sprinkle it well with flour and put it to bake in the oven.
