Pie with liver, chicken and onion
Ingredients:
1 package of baked noodles
3 homemade noodles
3 large onions
250 g liver
1/2 chicken
2 bunches or 2 tbsp mint
Olive oil
Chili
pepper Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Crumble the baked noodles and mix them with olive oil and mint. In the meantime, prepare some dough and open 3 noodles, which we place in the pan. Place the crushed noodles with mint on the open noodles. We collect the sides a little and put the pan in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and leave it until the noodles take color. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Sauté the onions in olive oil until they soften, then add the livers and the chicken meat that we previously boiled and cut into strips. Add some water, chili pepper, salt and pepper and let the livers boil. Put the filling mixture on the baked noodles and put it back in the oven.
