
Pie with milk and cottage cheese

Ingredients :
500 g ready-made pita bread
200 ml milk
100 ml oil
100 ml water
1 egg
300 g cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation :
In a bowl, pour the milk, oil, water, egg, salt and cottage cheese and mix well. Grease a baking tray with oil, brushing the corners with a brush, and place a baking sheet. Place pieces of butter on the baking sheet, spreading them well over the entire surface of the pan. Place the first three sheets of dough in opposite directions, leaving their halves outside the pan. Pour a little of the mixture mixed with milk, cottage cheese and egg into the tray.
Then we place the wrinkled sheets two by two, sprinkling them well with the milk and egg mixture. We turn the side parts inside the pan and pour the remaining milk and egg mixture over the pie. We put the pie to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. After this time, we take the pie out of the oven and turn it over to another pan and put it in the oven to bake on the other side for about 10 minutes.
