Chilli with meat


1 tablespoon of oil
1 onion (large)
1 red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper (powder)
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
500 g minced beef
1 cube of meat concentrate
400 g canned tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon basil (dried)
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons tomato puree
400 g black beans (canned)


Prepare the vegetables. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grind the red pepper and 2 cloves of garlic.

Start cooking. Place the pot on the stove with medium heat. Pour in the oil and let it heat for 1-2 minutes.

Fry the onions, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, until softened and yellow.

Add the garlic and red pepper, as well as a teaspoon of red pepper powder, a teaspoon of red pepper, and a teaspoon of cumin. Mix well and let them cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the minced meat and mix. Let it become a uniform mass, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Wait until the meat turns brown.

Preparation of the sauce. Crush the cube of beef concentrate in 300 ml of warm water. Add to pot and stir.

Take the canned tomatoes, chop them and add them to the pot. Add the dried basil and a teaspoon of sugar. Then add salt and pepper. Pour another 2 tablespoons of tomato puree and mix the sauce.

Let the whole prepared mixture boil, after you have mixed it well. Then turn off the stove and leave for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot. At the end, the sauce will look thick.

Add the black beans. Remove the liquid that may contain preserves and mix with the prepared sauce. Bring to a boil again. Then turn off the stove and leave it for 10 minutes before serving./
