Ingredients:
1-2 eggplants
200 g chicken/beef
1 onion
1 pepper
2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes / tomato puree
1/2 cup water
1 bunch parsley
Red pepper, black pepper
Salt, oregano
Preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes as and vegetables.
