Ingredients :
250 g of kadaif,
4 tbsp of butter,
4 tbsp of sugar,
1 cup of walnuts
For the muhalebi cream:
4 tablespoons of flour,
2 tablespoons of starch
, 1 glass of melted butter,
2 liters of vanilla,
1 glass of sugar
Preparation :
Sauté the kadaif with butter after kneading it by hand. Add sugar and crushed nuts. Square it in a pan. In a pot where we have put butter, add flour and extinguish it with 1 liter of milk, add sugar and leave it until the mixture thickens.
Spread the muhalebi cream on the kadaif layer, open it well and place another layer of kadaif. We then cut it into shapes and put a little chopped pistachio on each cut part of the kadaif.
