Potato croquettes with sausage and cottage cheese

A recipe that can be easily made by all of us, the products of which are not missing in every kitchen. The croquettes are very tasty.


l kg of potatoes.

150 g thinly sliced ​​sausage.

150 g of thinly sliced ​​ham.

2-3 thinly sliced ​​onions.

100 g of minced chicken.

100 g of vegetable butter.

l kg oil for frying.

4 eggs.

galette (wheat bread like a dry pita, baked twice),

Peel the potatoes, boil them and mash them until they become puree. Place in a large container or bowl.

In a pan, heat the butter and fry the onion. Then add the bacon and sausage. Leave for a few minutes, until they are lightly browned.

Pour the sausage mixture into the mashed potatoes. Also add 3 egg yolks and a little salt and pepper. Work the mixture with your hands and make small round meatballs.

Beat the remaining 3 egg whites as well as the remaining whole egg. Dust the meatballs with flour
