Lasagna with dried pie crusts

Ingredients:

Dried pie crusts
Fresh tomato sauce
Sliced ​​mozzarella
Kaçkavall cheese
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Spread the bottom of a baking dish with a little tomato sauce. Place a layer of dry pasta, top with more tomato sauce, a little olive oil and some grated Parmesan cheese. Continue repeating the layers until you reach the desired height. Cover the last layer with mozzarella and a little Parmesan on top. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes, just until the mozzarella melts and turns golden.
