Country pastiche in the pan

2 eggs
1 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
250 g of pasta
100 g of soft cheese
1 bunch of parsley
Salami as desired


Boil the pasta and then drain. Add eggs, oil, milk and salt to a bowl. We mix them and put them in the pan.

After 2 minutes, add the pasta, parsley, and then the ground sausage and the soft pizza cheese. We turn it on the other side to
cook the same way as we do with the omelette.
