
Cheese and garlic spread

Ingredients :
3 and a half cups of flour
2 cups of water
1 and ½ tbsp butter
1 clove of garlic
Salt, black pepper
For the filling;
White cheese or cottage cheese
Garlic
Preparation :
In a pot, add the water, garlic and salt. Wait for the water to boil for about 8 minutes, remove the garlic, turn off the stove and add the flour. Mix well with a wooden spoon, then place it on the table, working it with your hands. When you see that the dough is well-worked, divide it into loaves. Grease the baking sheet with butter and roll out the loaves into pie shapes slightly thicker than crepes. In each layer of the pies that we will roll out, place crumbled white cheese, melted butter and garlic as desired. Finally, make a baklava-shaped cut, sprinkle with butter and place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
