Pancakes with raisins
Ingredients:

600 g of flour
300 ml of milk
30 g of yeast
100 g of raisins
100 g of powdered sugar and mixed crystals
Vanilla
A little salt
Lemon peel
Oil for frying

Preparation :

Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm milk, 1 spoon of sugar and 1 spoon of flour. Then add milk, flour, a little salt, lemon peel and raisins.

The dough should be thicker than crepes. We cover it until it comes for about 30 minutes. Spoon the pancakes into the pan with hot oil and fry them on both sides.

Place the pancakes in a container lined with kitchen paper to absorb the fat. We pour sugar on them and serve them hot.
