1 medium chicken
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
half a tablespoon of chopped oregano
125 ml chicken stock
1 bay leaf
150 g pitted olives
1 bunch of parsley
salt
black pepper
Preparation
To start preparing this recipe, AgroWeb.org advises you to first boil the chicken for 10 minutes and save its juice.
Then, in a pan on medium heat, add the olive oil, together with the onion and minced garlic.
Let them fry for about 1 minute and then add the chicken pieces cut to your liking.
It is important to cut the chicken into smaller pieces so that it can all be fried in the pan.
Fry it carefully, until all its sides are brown, then add the apple cider vinegar.
If desired, you can also add a little white wine, oregano, bay leaf and leftover chicken broth.
Put a lid on your pan and let the chicken simmer in the liquid for 20-30 minutes.
Until you see that the liquid is all absorbed.
At the end, add the olives in grain or chopped, let it boil for a few more minutes with the chicken before removing it from the heat.
