Baked sour cream muffins

500 g of minced meat
1 small onion
1 lb of breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt, black pepper

For the cream:

2 eggs
2 cups of yogurt
1 cup of water
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter


Prepare the dough for the meatballs, let it rest a bit, then fry them lightly and place them in the pan. Beat the eggs with a little flour, add yogurt, water and a little salt.
