Meatballs in red pepper sauce

Ingredients:
1 kg of minced meat

1 onion
2 eggs
2 cloves of garlic
1 fl olive oil
1 fl coffee milk
5 ls fine corn flour
2 ls vinegar
Salt, pepper

For the sauce:

2 tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 onion
1 red pepper
3 peppers
2 tbsp oil
Salt, pepper
Parsley

Preparation:

Pass the minced meat through the mincing machine twice, add the minced onion, garlic, eggs and all the products in turn. Shape them and fill them with cheese in the middle. If desired, the meatballs can be fried or placed with the sauce made in the oven. Fry the peppers in a pan. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by first sauteing the onion with a little oil and water. Add the sauce and tomato puree together with the crushed red pepper. At the end, adjust the taste with spices. Put the meatballs and peppers in the oven for a few minutes in the sauce or finish cooking in the pan.
