Rice with fish tuna
Very practical these meatballs and accompanied by a glass of wine are the miracle itself!
1 and a half cups of pre-boiled rice
2 ready canned fish tuna
4 tablespoons of corn
4 tablespoons of flour
a little parsley and oregano.
In a large bowl combine the rice with the eggs and mix well.
Add some salt, oregano, corn and tuna.
Stir the mixture well with your hands.
At the end, add the flour and form some small balls with your hands.
Place them one by one in a frying pan.
Enjoy them warm.
