
Chickpea meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
2 large spoons of sesame seeds,
1 large spoon of roasted coriander,
1 large spoon of
cumin, 2 large spoons of olive oil,
4 soft onions,
3 minced garlic,
500 grams of boiled chives
, 1 cup of boiled brown rice,
2/3 cup of oats
, 3 large spoons of lemon juice.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
PREPARATION:
Put the sesame in the pan over medium heat and roast for 2-4 minutes. Add the coriander, cumin and cook for a few seconds. Transfer them to a plate to cool. Call them.
Pour the oil into the pan and add the onions and garlic, cook for about 2 minutes. Throw in the onions and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Press the chickpeas, add the rice, the chervil, the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper, the spices, and the onion mixture, mix well. Shape the meatballs and coat them with the cheese. Bake them until they turn brown.
An ideal recipe to add vegetable fibers, iron and magnesium. It can be accompanied by sour cream sauce prepared with natural yogurt, garlic, dill and a little red chili pepper.
