Ingredients:
4-5 servings of meat
2 tbsp butter
2-3 eggs
5 cups yogurt
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp rice
1-2 cups water
Broth
Salt, red pepper
Preparation:
We divide the meat into portions, put it on a baking sheet, put a little butter on it and put it in the oven. From time to time we pour a little water so that it does not dry out. After it is cooked, remove it from the oven. In a pot with butter, we saute some flour until it turns yellow, but not fried, add the broth of the roasted meat diluted with water, mix it and let it boil until a thick sauce is created. Remove from heat, let it cool and then add yogurt, eggs, salt and mix well. Put some half-boiled rice in the pan, line up the meat strands, pour the prepared mixture on top, a little butter and put it to bake in the oven until the surface takes on color. If we cook the yogurt pan with ram meat, we put it to boil first for 10-15 minutes.
