Asparagus soup

Ingredients:
-1 kg of fresh asparagus

-2 onions

-400 grams of chicken stock

-2 tablespoons of butter

-2 spoons of flour

-1 cup of milk

- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

-1 cup of milk

- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

- salt

-black pepper

Preparation:

 

Put the chopped onions, asparagus and chicken broth in a large pan. We cover them and let them boil on high heat. When we see that the asparagus has softened, we lower the heat and let it boil for about 12-15 minutes. After it is boiled, put the mixture in a blender.

 

Put the butter, flour, salt and pepper in another pan. We mix continuously until a thick mass is formed. Add the chicken stock and leave it on low heat for a few seconds.

 

Then we mix both measures in a single pot and leave them on the fire, to remove them just before the soup boils.

 

After removing it from the stove, add the lemon juice. The soup is served hot.
