Chicken soup with rice

Ingredients :

500 g of chicken meat
1.5 liters of broth
2 eggs
50 g of rice
1 carrot
1 lemon
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp butter
1 bunch of parsley
Salt, pepper

Preparation:

Put the chicken meat in a pot with cold water and salt. After it boils, add the well-rinsed rice and the grated carrot.
We dissolve the flour with water and after the rice has boiled, we add it to the pot together with the egg yolks. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper and a little melted butter.
