Shrimp Casserole

600 g of shrimp

3-4 tomato seeds

1 onion grain

1 bunch of parsley

1 clove of garlic

1 green onion

3 tablespoons of olive oil

50 ml of ouzo


Black pepper

100 g of cheese

First, wash and dry the shrimps and fry them in the pan for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté the onion, diced tomatoes, garlic and finely chopped parsley. We extinguish it with ouzo and leave it for 2 minutes on the fire. Place the prepared sauce in a pan, add the shrimps and cover the entire surface with crumbled cheese. Place the pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. Before serving, sprinkle with a little parsley.
