1 cup of tea sugar

400 grams of Savoiardi biscuits

Preparation: Separate the yolks from the whites of three eggs in two bowls, leave the other two grains whole in the bowl with the yolks. Beat them with a mixer until they become like cream. Add the sugar and continue beating. In the other bowl, where we have the egg whites, add a little salt and beat them hard until they become like snow.
In the bowl with the egg yolk cream, add the Mascarpone cheese and mix it carefully. Add the egg whites. We continue to mix slowly so that the volume does not decrease. Place a layer of cream in a pan.
Brush Savoiardi cookies with espresso coffee and place them on top of the cream layer. We repeat this action several times. This is the classic tiramisu recipe. If desired, we can place strawberry slices or chocolate pieces in the middle. At the end, sprinkle it with cocoa and decorate it with strawberries.
The cake should stay in the fridge for a few hours before eating.
