
Trahana with bread and cheese

Ingredients:
1 liter of water
5 lgj trahana
1 cup olive oil
250 g white cheese Black
bread
Red chili pepper Green
onions (optional)
Preparation:
First, in a large bowl, make the bread. We take the deep pot where the night before we put 5 spoons of trahana and a glass of cold water. Add the lukewarm water and put the pot on the fire. Stir continuously until it starts to boil.
Let it boil for around 5 minutes without stirring. Adjust it for salt and throw in the flour. We mix it a little so that all the bread is smothered with trahana and cover it with a lid. We leave it covered for a few minutes so that the bread absorbs all the trahana.
We serve it in large shallow plates. First, olive oil and crumbled white cheese are poured over the plate, then a layer of trahana, on which we pour olive oil and crumbled white cheese again. If desired, it is sprinkled with a little red chili pepper and accompanied by green onion.
