Trahana with sauteed onions

Ingredients :

80 g trahana
400 ml water
1 onion
Olive oil Salt
, pepper
Red pepper
Cheese

Preparation :

Sauté the onion in olive oil until it turns yellow. Then add water to soften. We let the trahanana soften for 1 hour in water. Mix it with the onion and let it boil after adding the salt, pepper and red pepper. Cut the bread into cubes (it is good if the bread is a little stale), add it to the trahana together with the crumbled cheese and serve it warm.
