Drama again/ Cardi B's boyfriend is sued by her ex-partner

Cardi B's boyfriend, with whom she is also expecting a child, Stefon Diggs, has been sued by his ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, for assault and attempting to silence her.
She filed a lawsuit against the NFL star in April after the 31-year-old first sued her in February for assault.
Hernandez denied Diggs' allegations and said he was physically aggressive towards her during their brief relationship in 2024.
The 24-year-old said he attacked her from behind and hit her in the head on June 7, 2024. According to her, the incident caused a gash on her head.
She claims Diggs "tried to pressure her into signing a nondisclosure agreement so that his malicious and scandalous act would be hidden from the NFL and the public eye."
According to her, he acted "impulsively" and sent his assistant to Houston to convince her to sign the agreement.
It appears that Hernandez did not sign it, but in November of last year her lawyers tried to convince Diggs' lawyer that his client should be held liable.
In the lawsuit, Hernandez is seeking a minimum of $250,000 and up to $1 million in physical and mental damages, along with medical expenses.
