The well-known Albanian director, screenwriter, cartoonist and actor Bujar Kapexhiu was invited to the first part of the show "Ndryshe" with Salsano Rrapi and Elona Duro. Until 1985, he shot about 20 cartoons, in most of which he is the screenwriter or co-screenwriter, director and painter. Among them, "Pipiruku" stands out, the beloved character created by him. After 1985, he devoted himself to the genre of film comedy, standing out for his outstanding individuality. In a fairly short time, he shot four feature films: "Twice Mat", "Violin Strings", "Park Benches" and "Even so, even so".
A few months ago, he was invited to this show where he talked about politics and also gave a strong statement about the humor in society. He said that women do not have the capacity to invent barcaletas. There were many different comments on the network, where most did not agree with his way of expressing himself. So today, Bujar Kapexhiu clarified once and for all what he wanted to say. He continued as follows:
I have seriously decided to apologize. Last time we talked about humor, about humor creators, and from the humor creators came out a joke of mine that I still tell today, and it is true that humor is the privilege of the wise. So you can't be funny if you're not smart, right? That is, when we say humor, real humor to make you laugh, fine, elegant, but among these, another joke was also told. Why are there no women writing humor? There are many different things, there are many different problems, there are many different situations, many different sayings, but one that was caught here was told that they are incompetent. The problem is that there are probably other problems that do not want to make humor because they think it is of a low level, they always want to be serious, and others I am not saying in this direction. Wise women of course don't write, I say wise because others usually don't write, yes humor I urge them to write humor because they can write very original, very beautiful. If they were misunderstood by my joke, then it is definitely my fault. I apologize.
