The Spanish striker, Alvaro Morata, ended up in the hospital after suffering a head injury during today's training session, after having a strong collision with Pavlović . 

The 32-year-old underwent an MRI scan, which came back negative, but he is expected to remain under observation for several hours. So he will miss the transfer game against Kaljar.

Morata, who joined Milan from Atletico Madrid in the summer, was one of the stars of the show as the Reds recorded a valuable 3-1 win over Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
