He left the land of millions too soon, Veselinovic returns. The former Partizan

Aleksandar Veselinovic was introduced to Muaither FC last summer. The former Partizan coach decided to move to Qatar, a few months after being fired by the Reds.

The departure from Muaither came in March of this year. After experience in the second division of football in Qatar, Veselinovic returned to Serbia.

Recently, Veselinovic commented on the World Cup for the media in Serbia.

"First of all, FIFA as an organization is constantly working on improving the game, on speeding up the game, on prolonging the active play during the match. When we compare the current time and that of about 30-40 years ago, we can talk about two completely different sports in terms of duration and active play.

I think it will take some time for everyone to adapt. VAR will certainly play an important role. However, we will see in this World Cup what it will look like, especially this part that you said is limited to 5 seconds of execution speed after the interruption. I mean, if I'm not mistaken, a ten-second time limit for players to leave the nearest part of the pitch during substitutions and some other suggestions.

Personally, I am a supporter of as much time as possible for active play without interruption. This will certainly help and activate an offensive style of football, activate the speed of action, activate the rhythm, everything that makes spectators want to enjoy football in stadiums and near the screens.

I hope that in the end it will be these six national teams: Argentina, Brazil, Germany, France, England and Spain, which, in my humble opinion, are the biggest favorites.

"Morocco has made a continuation after the Africa Cup. I will be happy if Bosnia achieves a good result. However, this is a big challenge for them, and on the other hand, they are going without any big expectations. Without any burden of results. And this could be their chance to achieve a good result," said Veselinovic.
