Famous YouTuber publishes photos of Messi and Infantino before the Qatar World Cup

Social media has been "invaded" by some "shocking" images claiming that Lionel Messi had secretly met with Qatari officials and FIFA president Gianni Infantino before the start of the 2022 World Cup.

The photos, published by a well-known Madrid YouTuber with a football profile, were featured as "world exclusives" and received over 5.8 million views on X (Twitter), paving the way for numerous theories and harsh accusations.

In the images, Messi was seen in an official setting with a delegation from Qatar and Infantino, which many users interpreted as a "secret meeting" to influence the World Cup.

After the furore, the truth was revealed: the photos are all created by artificial intelligence.

Closer analysis of the images revealed clear signs of AI manipulation, distorted details in the hands, irregular lighting, unusual colors, and disproportionate proportions, which experts easily identified.

Some users even noticed that some objects on the table and in the background were typical of AI models, not reality.
