Executed the biggest mobster in Iraq / Sweden protects the Albanian, pays 10 million euros to escape life imprisonment

On January 8, 2024, Julian Prenga "signed" his death sentence. But it seems that the situation has changed for him now. Journalist Ervin Dushi gave more details about the fate of the Albanian who is now being held in isolation in Baghdad prison for the murder of Mustafa Aljiburi, known by the nickname "Benzema".
In an interview he gave for "Albanian Life", Dushi revealed that the Swedish state has intervened so that, at least, the young Albanian is not sentenced to death. For this agreement, the state has paid at least 10 million euros to Iraq, but this does not solve the young man's problem. Although he will not be sentenced to death, it still does not make him escape from prison for life.
However, for the young man, a decision has not yet been made.
"We tried to contact his mother, but we did not succeed because it must be understood. There is a living child, who is not alive. He continues to be in Baghdad in prison and the only good thing is that the Swedish state paid to "buy" his life. They used a clause that the tribes had there, where they could make agreements. It pays about 10 million euros. It is expected that the court will say, he can be sentenced to life in prison, but it is enough that he is alive. Don't waste it in the middle of the city. This is the only good one. The possibilities for deportation are few because he must serve the sentence in the country where he committed the crime," Dushi said.
Mustafa Aljiburi, 34, was shot to death on January 8 in a car in the Ameria neighborhood of Baghdad, Iraq. A person, who according to the Iraqi media appeared on a motorcycle and opened fire, fled the scene but was then arrested by the Police just a few hours after the incident. The 19-year-old Xuliano Prenga who shot dead the mobster who was also known by his nickname "Benzema", was Albanian. Since the young man had a Swedish passport, it was understood that he was Albanian only from an eagle tattoo on his arm.
The Albanian was prepared to perform the entire task that was most likely assigned to him by the opposing gang. Considering the difficult situation among the drug clans in Sweden, the media has not published any more news about the young man, trying to protect at least his family, his mother, sister and brother, who still live in Sweden.
