A 55-year-old man from the village of Valë in Skrapar ended his life by hanging himself with a rope. It is learned that Veri Zaimi tied a rope to the olive tree, next to the cattle shed, and then hanged himself.
After he did not return home, his family members started looking for him and it was his wife who found him hanging with a rope and then notified the police.
Immediately, many police officers went to the scene, and after inspecting the scene, they confirmed that there were no signs of violence on the victim's body.
Zaim's dead body was transported to the Berat Regional Hospital morgue, while the police confirm that the 55-year-old man suffered from mental health problems.
